1) Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only, covering all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Orders are delivered to valid U.S. addresses.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Cut-Off & Handling

  • Daily order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Handling time: 1–3 days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare and pack your order for shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

3) Delivery Timeframes

  • Carrier transit time: 3–7 days (Monday–Sunday) after shipment.

  • Estimated total delivery window: Typically 4–10 days from order placement to delivery.

Actual delivery times may vary based on order timing, handling duration, carrier performance, weather conditions, and federal holidays.

4) Shipping Cost

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order for standard U.S. delivery.

  • No minimum purchase requirement.

  • No hidden fees—any applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your package leaves our facility, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.

6) Exceptions & Special Situations

  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses:
    If a package is returned due to an address error provided at checkout, we can reship the order after correction for a $5.00 re-shipping fee.

  • Lost or damaged shipments:
    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Service delays:
    Delivery may be delayed due to weather events, carrier disruptions, or federal holidays.
