2) Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. When reasonably possible, we will notify the user or content provider responsible for the material and inform them of their right to submit a counter-notice.

We strive to respond to properly submitted notices within 2–3 business days during our operating hours (Daily 10:00 AM–7:00 PM PT).

3) Counter-Notice Procedure

  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the State of California (or, if you reside outside the U.S., that you consent to that court’s jurisdiction) and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing material, we may restore the content within 10–14 days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, Royal Furniture may suspend or terminate user accounts or restrict access to the Site for users determined to be repeat infringers.

5) Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing—or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification—may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees.
