Refund and Returns Policy

At Ourprinterisyourprinter Store By Toys Erisa Blocker LLC, your satisfaction matters. This policy outlines our return, refund, and exchange process in a clear and straightforward way, so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.


1) Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made and delivered within the United States only.


2) Return Eligibility Period

You may request a return or exchange within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date for shipped orders, or

  • The purchase date listed on your receipt for in-store purchases.

Requests submitted after the 20-day period are not eligible.


3) Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below:

  • Non-defective items:
    Must be new, unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Defective or damaged items:
    These items are eligible for return even if opened. Please retain all original packaging and provide photos so we can verify the issue.

  • Proof of purchase:
    An order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

  • Items not eligible for return (unless defective):
    Custom or special-order items and gift cards.


4) How to Initiate a Return (Mail Returns Only)

All returns are handled by mail.

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation.
    For damaged or defective items, please include photos.

  2. We will respond with a link to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.

5) Exchanges (Mail Only)

We’re happy to offer exchanges by mail.

  • Follow the same steps outlined in the return process above.

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the price difference.

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.


6) Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.


7) Additional Information

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or holidays do not qualify for refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If a non-defective item is returned without original packaging and cannot be resold as new, we reserve the right to decline the return.
